Support financial management for client portfolio, reporting, and month-end close duties.
Lead monthly project accounting efforts and project status meetings with managers.
Review and reconcile new projects, revenue types, milestones, and intercompany amounts.
Set up new clients in accounting systems; review MSAs for rebates/discounts; map billable rates.
Assist with revenue recognition, forecasted revenue vs. budget, and client invoicing.
Prepare monthly project revenue forecast and track hours/expenses vs. forecast.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with concentration in accounting, finance, or business
3+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
