Senior Client Intake Specialist (Immigration and Criminal Defense)

📋 Description

• Screen calls before attorney consultations
• Monitor potential client inquiries (email, internet, phone, referrals)
• Immediately contact potential clients and build relationships
• Update logs and reporting for potential clients
• Conduct empathetic initial client interviews
• Schedule appointments; weekends and Austin commute required

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED
• Minimum 3 years sales experience; customer service a plus
• Strong background with performance-based metrics
• Case Management software experience a major plus
• Resourceful and motivated to solve issues
• Proven track record to meet goals and deadlines
