Senior Client Intake Specialist (Immigration and Criminal Defense)

📋 Description

• Screen calls before attorney-client consultations
• Monitor potential client inquiries (email, web, phone, referrals)
• Contact potential clients and establish relationships
• Update logs and reports on potential clients
• Conduct initial client interviews with empathy
• Schedule appointments for potential clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience
• Strong background with performance-based metrics
• Case Management software experience a major plus
• Resourceful and motivated to solve issues
• Immigration or Criminal Defense experience preferred
