📋 Description

• Directly oversees an Intake team and supervisory duties.
• Review and assign new business intake.
• Screen calls before attorney-client consultations.
• Monitor all potential client inquiries (email, web, phone).
• Initiate contact with potential clients and build relationships.
• Schedule appointments and document client information.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish with full proficiency.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• 3+ years in Immigration Law (preferred).
• 2-3 years in customer service or sales.
• Strong background with performance-based metrics.
• Case Management software experience a major plus.
