📋 Description

• Orchestrate multi-market relationships with C-suite executives and agency leads to grow global revenue.
• Design and execute global joint business plans aligning Reddit with partner pillars.
• Provide proactive advice addressing macro trends and global consumer behavior.
• Identify untapped territories and position Reddit as a core element of partners' media mix.
• Own global-to-local strategy with localization by regional teams (AMER, EMEA, APAC).
• Lead end-to-end presentation of global strategies with a unified partner voice.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in digital media with at least 7+ years in sales; global partner management preferred.
• Expertise orchestrating global partnerships for Fortune 500/Global 2000.
• Proven ability to lead matrixed internal teams across regional sales, product, and engineering.
• Experience leading high-impact global initiatives and cross-functional product steering.
• Proven experience managing relationships up to C-level executives.
• Deep industry expertise in specific verticals, product types, and measurement solutions.
