📋 Description

• Manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive YoY revenue growth.
• Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients.
• Establish new client relationships and educate them on Reddit ads.
• Leverage agency and client relationships to identify new Reddit ad buyers.
• Use internal and external data to inform client strategies and pitches.
• Meet deadlines and ensure high-quality client service.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years in digital media; 3-7 years in sales.
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise orgs.
• Proven experience managing relationships up to C-level executives.
• Deep ads industry expertise in relevant verticals, products, and measurement.
• Deep existing relationships in agency and client-direct space.
• Subject-matter expertise in social media and native advertising.
