📋 Description

• Based in person in New York, Chicago, or San Francisco.
• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with ad partners to drive revenue.
• Develop upfront and joint business plans with top clients.
• Educate clients on Reddit ads platform and capabilities.
• Identify new buyers through agency and client direct relationships.
• Use data from internal and external sources to inform client strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in digital media, 7+ years in sales; pharma experience preferred.
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise tech orgs.
• Proven ability to manage relationships up to C-level executives.
• Deep expertise in verticals, products, and measurement solutions.
• Strong agency and client direct relationships.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
