📋 Description

• Prospect and collaborate with potential customers to deliver Reddit solutions.
• Establish new client relationships (direct or agency) for long-term success.
• Identify opportunities within existing clients and close new lines of business.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to build long-term Reddit partnerships.
• Own your book of business with strategy, forecasting, and operational rigor.
• Provide feedback on sales processes and products to improve effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years in digital media; 4-7 years in sales
• Familiar with sales tools for research, prospecting, outreach
• Proven ability to identify, prospect, and close new business
• Ability to manage a book of business over 30 accounts
• Subject matter expert in social media and native advertising
• Positive, team player with proven sales target achievement
• Self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
