Senior / Clinical Data Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end clinical data management across global trials from start-up to closeout.
• Provide leadership and oversight to data management teams throughout each project's lifecycle.
• Act as primary data management contact for sponsors, ensuring effective communication.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor progress and milestones.
• Develop and maintain project documents including Data Management Plans.
• Ensure data management activities comply with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field, nursing qualification, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical data management in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of data management practices, methodologies, and technologies.
• Solid understanding of trial documents: protocols, CRFs, SAPs, and study reports.
• Experience managing multiple studies and leading cross-functional project teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
