Senior / Clinical Data Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end data management across global trials.
• Provide leadership and oversight to data management teams.
• Act as primary data management contact for sponsors and clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor progress and milestones.
• Develop and maintain Data Management Plans and Files.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related discipline, nursing qualification, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical data management in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of CDM best practices, methodologies, and technologies.
• Understanding of CRFs, SAPs, statistical analysis plans, and study reports.
• Experience managing multiple studies and leading cross-functional project teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
