📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end data management across global trials.
• Provide leadership and oversight to data management teams.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or nursing, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in clinical data management in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• Strong CDM practices, methodologies, and tools.
• Knowledge of CRFs, SAPs, and study reports.
• Experience leading cross-functional study teams.
• Excellent communication and data quality focus.
