Manage daily laboratory operations and resolve technical issues.
Perform quality control procedures and ensure QA compliance.
Conduct high/medium complexity tests (electrochemiluminescence, ELISA, immunoassays).
Maintain equipment, calibrations, and preventive maintenance.
Train staff, onboard new procedures, and lead projects.

🎯 Requirements

Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license
BA/BS in Biomedical/Clinical Lab Science or related field
Working knowledge of local, state, and federal lab regulations
4+ years clinical laboratory experience (preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Project management and leadership abilities
