Senior Clinical Project Manager, Phase I

📋 Description

• Lead delivery of Phase I clinical projects globally.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, quality.
• Develop and track project plans; take corrective actions as needed.
• Act as primary client contact; build strong relationships.
• Lead cross-functional teams; collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate project risks and operational challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Life sciences degree or related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in clinical research in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• At least 2 years of direct clinical PM responsibility.
• Mandatory Phase I trial experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in virtual/matrix project environments.
