Senior Clinical Research Associate

📋 Description

• The Senior Clinical Research Associate will monitor clinical trial sites, support study execution
• Perform remote and on-site monitoring visits (pre-study, initiation, interim, close-out) to assess
• Evaluate investigator qualifications, site resources, facilities, equipment, and staffing for
• Monitor activities to verify protocol and regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Identify risks and operational issues; collaborate with site teams to implement solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to investigational site staff to support study conduct.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Extensive on-site monitoring experience for Phase II and Phase III trials.
• Experience in oncology, rare disease, or other specialized therapeutic areas.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and site management.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
