🎯 Requirements

Appropriate tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines preferred.
Minimum of 3 years clinically related experience; 2 years in independent clinical research
Familiar with risk-based monitoring, onsite and offsite monitoring.
Knowledge of therapeutic areas, regulatory requirements, ICH/GCP Guidelines and SOPs.
Advanced communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; strong planning and
Ability to mentor junior CRAs and manage site relationships and data quality.
