Ensure site related study execution including monitoring visits, site evaluations, site selection
Anticipate and identify site issues that could affect timelines and develop alternative solutions.
Maintain clinical trial management systems with site-specific information and ensure it is current.
Provide Local regulatory and legal requirement expertise.
Ensure timely payment execution for assigned sites/studies according to clinical study agreements

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors or equivalent degree, health related (e.g., Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy)
Site Monitoring Experience: Minimum 5 years.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with persuasive communication, clarity, flexibility, adaptability.
Demonstrated proactive and positive team player.
Strong planning and organizational skills and high level of flexibility.
