📋 Description

• Lead database administration across hybrid envs (SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Plan and execute migration from on-prem to cloud with minimal downtime.
• Manage cloud-native services: Azure SQL configs, PostgreSQL replication, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and performance mgmt (Azure Monitor, Grafana, Datadog).
• Design and support high availability, DR, backups, and recovery testing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in database administration with SQL Server and Azure SQL.
• Proven experience migrating databases from on-prem to cloud.
• Hands-on with Always On Availability Groups and Distributed AGs.
• Experience managing at least one cloud-native DB platform (Snowflake, Databricks, or PostgreSQL).
• CI/CD pipelines and IaC with Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
• Scripting skills: Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
