Senior Cloud Engineer - Azure/OpenShift

📋 Description

• Lead the support and operation of cloud infra across customer environments.
• Architect and lead deployment of moderately complex cloud solutions.
• Understand performance, scaling, and functional characteristics of tech.
• Recommend standard cloud design patterns and best practices.
• Own incidents, escalations, and durable resolution.
• Plan changes, provisioning, backups, patching, and platform hygiene.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing IT infra/cloud ops in production.
• Strong Azure ops expertise; lead complex deployments.
• Experience with GCP, AWS, OCI is a strong plus.
• Minimum 3+ years in production OpenShift (on-prem/ROSA/ARO).
• Led complex incidents, escalations, changes, investigations in prod.
• Windows/Linux server ops, networking, IAM, monitoring, governance.
• Proficient in PowerShell, Python, Bash, IaC, automation, CI/CD tooling.
