Own a large, global portfolio of commercial accounts end-to-end
Drive outreach and secure payment commitments
Resolve billing disputes and complex multi-party issues
Advise on payment history and account risk for hard holds
Manage withholding tax reconciliation across international portfolios
Collaborate with Sales, Billing, Credit, Revenue, Order Management, Treasury, and Legal

🎯 Requirements

Strong dunning, dispute/deduction management, and collections strategy
Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Analytical, cross-functional problem solving and clear communication
Ability to prioritize a high-volume portfolio and meet deadlines
Office-based role in Lehi, UT with policy-aligned travel/leave

🎁 Benefits

Base salary range: USD 73,000 – 110,000
