Senior Collections Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage collection and recovery activities on assigned consumer, small business (QuickStep), and
• Evaluate account performance and risk factors to recommend appropriate collection and recovery
• Prepare recommendations related to repossession, litigation, charge-offs, and other significant
• Analyze complex delinquent accounts and determine effective short- and long-term recovery plans.
• Administer bankruptcy accounts, including required correspondence, court reporting, and
• Communicate with borrowers regarding late payments, collection efforts, demand letters, repayment

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 4 or more years of experience in collections, recovery, loan servicing, or a related financial
• Equivalent combination of education and experience that may be considered in lieu of a degree
