Senior Collections Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end collections for assigned accounts to ensure timely payments
• Run dunning processes and automated workflows to accelerate cash collection
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers via approved channels
• Analyze payment patterns to identify at-risk accounts and propose actions
• Resolve disputes, coordinate with Billing, Credit, and Customer teams
• Coach junior staff and support onboarding; drive process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a Collections function
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end collections, aging analysis, disputes, dunning
• Experience monitoring payment patterns and identifying credit risks
• ERP familiarity; NetSuite experience highly desirable
• Ability to analyze complex data workflows and identify issues
• Excellent written and spoken English for global communication
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills
