📋 Description

• Own high-risk dunning workflows; tune cadence to boost recovery.
• Manage complex portfolios; ensure compliance and accuracy during peak volumes.
• Be the primary expert for collections inquiries; escalate as needed.
• Identify root causes; implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Exceed collection targets and KPIs for closures and retention.
• Deliver cash forecasting; ensure accurate period cutoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in collections ops or related role (SaaS a plus)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; Salesforce, Zuora, ERP familiarity
• Strong analytical skills; independent; comfortable with ambiguity
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high data accuracy
• Experience mentoring teammates; open to feedback and improvement
• BA/BS in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
