  • Primary contact for CIS customers; sell to orgs up to 4,000 members to adopt GitLab.
  • Own a broad CIS book; handle small teams and more complex modernization projects.
  • Report to Area Sales Manager; collaborate with BD, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Run full sales process: shape journey, document criteria, manage pipeline, reveal insights.
  • Build trusted relationships and deliver outcomes; voice of the customer internally.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by contributing product feedback to public issue tracker.

  • Proven success in software sales, ideally mid-market or enterprise; diverse book.
  • Guide customers through full buying journey; define criteria, map processes, next steps.
  • Clear communication; collaborate with BD, marketing, technical teams, and sales mgmt.
  • Document and maintain accurate pipeline data and account plans based on evidence.
  • Negotiation skills; present to stakeholders; lead commercial discussions to close.
  • Fluency in Russian and English.
