  • Full-Cycle Account Ownership: primary contact for the account.
  • Drive Net-New Revenue: prospect and close new ACV in your territory.
  • Account Planning: develop and execute success plans for high-value accounts.
  • Proactive Retention: monitor health and mitigate churn early.
  • Executive Relationships: build ties with VPs and C-suite leaders.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline: provide monthly/quarterly forecasts for bookings and churn.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in relationship building and closing in SaaS sales.
  • Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships.
  • Full lifecycle sales experience, incl. renewals in SMB.
  • Proven ability to present to C-level execs and directors.
  • Able to coordinate with Sales Engineers, CS, and Support.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
