📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate AI SaaS contracts and tech agreements
• Provide training and develop resources for sales and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with GTM, Engineering, Product, and Security
• Support opportunities to broaden your legal wheelhouse

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction
• 10+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience
• Transactional SaaS/technology/IP licensing experience
• Creative, independent, proactive in a fast-paced env
• Ninja-like project management skills; bonus AI/GTM experience
