Senior Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead and mature the company's privacy program — policies, process, and cross-functional education —
• Review, negotiate, and manage to close a variety of complex commercial agreements, including sales
• Identify contractual and privacy-related risks and recommend practical, business-minded solutions.
• Analyze and advise on issues related to AI, technology development, SaaS licensing, strategic
• Work cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Sales, Procurement, Product, and Finance to ensure
• Flex into adjacent legal matters as needed, including employment questions and legal operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience negotiating SaaS, software licensing, and commercial contracts — including
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in a United States bar.
• Background in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies strongly preferred, with the adaptable
• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, negotiation, and drafting skills, including
• Excellent legal and business judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $210,000 – $220,000, plus equity and benefits.
