📋 Description

• Own end-to-end banking agreements (payments, money movement, deposits).
• Build and maintain scalable legal playbooks and templates.
• Lead negotiations with fintechs and enterprise customers.
• Develop cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Risk, and Compliance.
• Expand into additional areas of law and governance materials.
• Improve bank agreements, policies, and legal processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as a practicing lawyer in tech/fintech.
• Experience driving complex commercial negotiations.
• Independent drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.
• Strong contract law and commercial transaction knowledge.
• Comfort with project management and deadlines.
• Nice-to-haves: ACH, wire, lending, cards, money transmission.
