🎯 Requirements

• Qualified attorney with 4–8+ years of legal experience.
• Experience drafting/negotiating high-volume SaaS, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA; security concepts and AI governance.
• Able to balance legal risk with business outcomes; tailor guidance.
• Cross-functional collaborator; mentor Sales, RevOps, Product.
• Clear communicator; translate legal risk for non-legal stakeholders.
