📋 Description

• Lead commercial deals end-to-end as Legal contact.
• Draft, review, negotiate SaaS agreements, orders, DPAs, NDAs.
• Maintain and improve Legal templates and playbooks.
• Design AI-powered workflows for contract intake and drafting.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual work.
• Train GTM and cross-functional teams to embed legal judgment.

🎯 Requirements

• JD and active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 5+ years SaaS/tech commercial transactional experience.
• Proven track record leading deals from negotiation to signature.
• Strong operations instincts; AI/automation to scale legal work.
• Privacy compliance expertise (DPAs, cross-border transfer).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Remote-first, autonomous, proactive collaborator.
• Bonus: AI products experience and cross-functional counseling.
