🎯 Requirements

Law degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction and able to practice in Illinois
10+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience
Transactional SaaS, technology, IP licensing and commercial agreements
Creative, independent, proactive, and fast-paced
Team-focused, service-oriented with strong PM; bonus AI/GTM
