Senior Commercial Counsel (CST/EST)

📋 Description

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements incl. partner, SaaS, licenses, DPAs.
• Provide and lead legal support for channel partner activities.
• Assist with product launches, collections, HR and/or litigation matters.
• Handle day-to-day legal inquiries with cross-functional teams.
• Manage ad hoc corporate, risk, compliance, and privacy reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate required.
• 8+ years international corporate legal experience.
• Experience supporting sales teams in tech/SaaS with channel partners.
• Product/offer launches experience preferred.
• Commercial mindset; cross-functional with sales risk awareness.
• Detail oriented; multi-project across time zones.
