Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (SaaS, licenses, vendor)
Provide and lead legal support for channel partner activities
Assist in handling other legal matters (product launches, collections, HR, litigation)
Handle day-to-day legal inquiries with other legal team and business units
Handle ad hoc legal matters as needed – corporate entity support, risk/compliance, data privacy reviews

🎯 Requirements

Juris Doctorate required.
8+ years in international corporate law.
SaaS/tech sales support; channel partner programs.
Product launch experience preferred.
Commercial mindset; cross-functional collaboration.
Detail-oriented; multi-project, multi-time zone.
