Senior Commercial Counsel (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Post-qualification experience in commercial and contract law
• Negotiating complex, high-value commercial agreements
• Specialist-equipment procurement experience
• Working knowledge of export-control regimes (ITAR, EAR, AWG, EU Dual-Use Regulation)
• Fluency in German and English
• Creating structure in ambiguous environments

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin or equivalent) with 5–8+ years' post-qualification
• Hands-on experience negotiating complex, high-value commercial agreements in a high-CAPEX
• Strong understanding of specialist-equipment procurement, including technical specifications
• Working knowledge of export-control regimes (ITAR, EAR, AWG, EU Dual-Use Regulation) and
• Pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach to enable deals
• Ability to work effectively with technical stakeholders (scientists, engineers) and business teams
