📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of commercial contracts with health systems and other partners, including
• Own all vendor contracts and third-party relationships, including SaaS agreements, service
• Define the vendor review process with finance, security, and compliance, and set the operational
• Build and own contracting playbooks, templates, clause libraries, and standard negotiation
• Manage the existing contract portfolio, including amendments, renewals, and partner and vendor
• Advise senior business leaders on healthcare regulatory risk in deal structures, including the

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience handling commercial contracts in-house and/or at a law firm, with a strong
• Working knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute
• Experience building or improving contracting processes, including playbooks, clause libraries, or
• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• A commercial attorney with healthcare experience who thrives in high-velocity, mission-driven
• Fluency with AI research and productivity tools and the ability to evaluate AI-driven insights
