📋 Description

• Senior Commercial Counsel to support Armada’s federal, defense, state, local, and public sector
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, Security, Compliance, and executives to navigate
• Lead complex public sector technology transactions and provide strategic legal guidance across
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements focusing on US Federal and SLED, including

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar admission in at least one US state.
• 7+ years supporting commercial transactions and/or government contracts matters.
• Significant experience drafting and negotiating technology, SaaS, software licensing, or public
• Independent, risk-balanced legal guidance in fast-paced tech environments; ability to lead
• Familiarity with government procurement laws, export controls, data rights, cybersecurity
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; strong cross-functional
