• Act as a trusted financial co-pilot to leadership teams, providing insightful analysis, commercial
• Understand and translate performance drivers, connecting operational metrics with trading
• Build influential relationships across business functions, embedding yourself to become the go-to
• Develop and own robust financial frameworks for major investment initiatives, managing the process
• Evaluate risk and build business cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams to structure
• Establish tracking and performance reporting to monitor capital deployment against budget, evaluate

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in
• Demonstrable success in a commercial finance business partnering or FP&A role, ideally within a
• Experience working with high volumes of complex data with the aptitude to distil granular detail
• Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives on the challenge of building out new processes and
• Clear understanding of key profitability levers, commercial deal structures, and financial
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence, support, and constructively
