• Meet or exceed sales targets across your UK Commercial territory.
• Own and grow a portfolio of UK Private Sector accounts (700–2,000 employees), driving both net-new
• Build and execute account strategies, aligning ServiceNow solutions and use cases to each
• Generate self-sourced pipeline, while also leveraging partner and BDR-sourced pipeline to build a
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, following ServiceNow's value-selling
• Build genuine working relationships with partners to jointly source and progress opportunities.

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
• Persistent and dependable, especially with attendance, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build meaningful business relationships
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen — able to understand a customer's strategic priorities and position relevant
• A thorough understanding of the sales process, with the ability to navigate and progress complex
