📋 Description

• Based in Paris or London; focus on contracts & commercial topics.
• Supervise EMEA commercial legal team: case monitoring and escalation.
• Draft, update and provide strategic advice on contracts, incl AI service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, customers and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on AI law & regulatory developments; translate to contract terms.
• Provide training on AI legal/compliance matters and negotiation.

🎯 Requirements

• Master degree in law; bar admission a plus.
• 8-10 years of relevant legal experience in AI/tech with contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of AI, data privacy, IP, contract law, liability; regulatory/compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; business oriented.
• International mindset; adaptable; collaborative team player.
