📋 Description

• Lead the strategic management of a commercial property portfolio on behalf of key clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive advice and portfolio
• Oversee annual budgets, outgoings reconciliations, reporting and business planning
• Drive portfolio performance through lease strategy, occupancy management and risk mitigation
• Lead lease renewals, rent reviews and other value-add opportunities across the portfolio
• Provide oversight of financial performance, arrears management and outgoings reconciliations
