• Coach colleagues through search reviews and candidate calibration
• Use recruitment data and market insight to drive improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Track record in senior, complex hires in iGaming/FinTech
• Experience leading director-level searches from scoping to offer
• Player-coach: deliver own portfolio and improve team capability
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and influencing skills
• Strong direct sourcing, assessment and negotiation skills
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience for workflow and reporting
