📋 Description

• Review and analyze commercial loan applications and supporting documentation, including leases
• Evaluate market conditions, borrower creditworthiness, property performance, financial risks, and
• Prepare and analyze financial statement and tax return spreads using standardized templates to
• Underwrite high-volume and complex transactions, including commercial and industrial (C&I)
• Prepare comprehensive Credit Approval Memos (CAMs) for review by senior management and credit

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Between five and nine years of relevant professional experience
• Strong analytical skills and experience evaluating owner-occupied commercial real estate
• Demonstrated ability to review financial statements, tax returns, leases, rent rolls, credit
• Experience assessing borrower creditworthiness, repayment capacity, property cash flow, guarantor
• Ability to prepare detailed credit analyses, financial spreads, and comprehensive credit approval
