Design, configure, and optimize Conga's commission programs.
Administer and support Conga's global commission programs.
Build commission rules and route commission plans.
Create dashboards and analytics on commissions earned.
Collaborate with People Partners, Finance, Sales, and leaders.
Ensure metrics are operational through the commission tool.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of progressive commission experience.
Experience building/configuring SPIFF plans.
Troubleshoot SPIFF and system integrations.
Advanced analytical skills with data interpretation.
Experience supporting annual commission planning with automation.
Strong proficiency with Excel, SPIFF, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
