Deliver field support and resolve escalations via ServiceNow.

🎯 Requirements

Deep knowledge of incentive compensation administration.
Proficient with SAP Commissions/CallidusCloud, Xactly, Anaplan; Excel/Sheets.
Strong cross-functional analytical skills and data modeling.
Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholders.
Adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite.
