🎯 Requirements

7+ years in sourcing/supply chain for board electricals (electronics/auto).
Bachelor’s degree in SCM, engineering, business, or related field.
Proven negotiation skills and contract management.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
Experience with global supplier management and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication to influence stakeholders at all levels.
