Senior Communications Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as technical lead on SIP architecture, VoIP, and Ribbon infra (SBC/SLB/PSX)
• Architect and implement large-scale PSTN/UCaaS integrations
• Design and develop Python automation tools for operations and monitoring
• Troubleshoot complex SIP issues across the network end-to-end
• Lead code/design reviews; mentor engineers and set delivery standards
• Collaborate with vendors and carriers to deliver integrated solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of hands-on SIP networking in production environments
• Expert VoIP protocols: SIP (UDP/TCP/TLS), RTP, SRTP, RTCP, DNS
• Deep Ribbon SLB/SBC/PSX cluster management at scale
• Strong Python for automation, tooling, and scripting
• Hands-on AWS cloud infrastructure
• Proven ability to troubleshoot call flows end-to-end
