Senior Communications Manager

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day execution of Webflow's internal communications program, including company-wide
• Lead planning and production for major company moments, including monthly All Team meetings
• Write and edit communications for Webflow executives across internal and external moments
• Support major company and product announcements, working with the Director of Communications and
• Work across People, EPD, Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other teams to gather context
• Support company changes with communications plans, FAQs, manager materials, leadership messaging

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, executive
• Exceptional writer and editor who can move comfortably between different voices, audiences, and
• Strong communications judgment, particularly when working with sensitive, incomplete, or
• Experience working directly with senior leaders and turning messy or complicated inputs into strong
• Experience running communications programs, company-wide meetings, launches, or other
• Strong project management skills and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving at once.
