Senior Community and Events Lead

📋 Description

• Build and run a repeatable system delivering multiple community events per month across European
• Own large scale brand events and KOL retreats from concept to execution, driven by community and
• Turn one-off wins into documented playbooks; manage budgets, vendors, and logistics with precision
• Align growth, marketing, and partnership stakeholders; prioritise tradeoffs and solve problems live
• Define and track metrics proving events drive growth: attendance, activation, retention
• Scale the Events and Social Media playbook to multiple European countries from the start

🎯 Requirements

• A track record running events at scale, ideally recurring multi-market programs
• Strong operational discipline: planning, precision, repeatable process design
• Fast, calm problem solving under pressure on the ground
• Confidence to make decisions and advocate for the community inside the business
• Team leadership experience, hiring/managing people distributed across markets
• Internal stakeholder management across functions
