Senior Community Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operations of the dbt Slack community, welcoming, high-signal experience
• Partner with stakeholders to evolve channel strategy and engagement
• Develop scalable moderation workflows including Code of Conduct enforcement
• Coach moderators and onboard new moderators as the community grows
• Create content systems to inform and activate members
• Surface insights to Product/Marketing/Support and close the loop

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in digital community management in global or distributed env
• Experience owning day-to-day ops for a large online community
• Strong understanding of online community dynamics and belonging
• Experience building/modifying moderation workflows with CoC enforcement
• Excellent written communication and facilitation skills
• Experience using community tooling and analytics to track engagement
