Senior Community Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operations of the dbt Slack community worldwide
• Partner with community leaders and internal stakeholders to evolve channel strategy and engagement
• Develop and maintain scalable moderation and support workflows including Code of Conduct enforcement
• Coach and onboard moderators as the community grows
• Create content systems that keep members informed and activated
• Surface community insights and member feedback to Product/Marketing/Support; close the loop with

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital community management
• Experience owning day-to-day operations for a large online community (e.g., Slack/Discord/forum)
• Strong understanding of online community dynamics and how to cultivate trust at scale
• Experience building and improving moderation workflows, including Code of Conduct enforcement
• Excellent written communication and facilitation skills
• Experience using community tooling and analytics (Slack workflows, Common Room) to track engagement
