📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted compensation advisor by evaluating roles, analyzing market trends, interpreting
• Partner with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, managers, and business leaders on compensation
• Analyze workforce and external market data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
• Help develop, administer, and continuously improve compensation programs that align with business
• Support the administration and evolution of salary structures, pay ranges, incentive programs, job
• Participate in compensation surveys, external benchmarking initiatives, and market pricing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent
• 7+ years of experience administering compensation programs, practices, and processes within an
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and data-driven capabilities, including experience with compensation reporting
• Ability to identify meaningful trends, draw sound conclusions from complex information, and develop
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, including market competitiveness, internal equity
